Beauty residing within the damaged and decayed often goes overlooked. This series explores the duality of creation and destruction; Earth creates and destroys, naturally. In an effort to create, I utilize what is destroyed— dead leaves, bare branches, split bark. Create/Destroy examines the intersection of the two opposing terms, emphasizing the idea that they are intertwined and innately inseparable.
